When the discharge amount increases and the number of filter plates increases, the upper and lower size difference increases gradually. When unloading, the filter plate moves to the end of the pressure plate. Under pressure, the filter plate is pushed to the end of the push plate, and the filter plate assembly is of trapezoidal structure.

When the high-pressure diaphragm filter press is stacked on the pressing surface at the lower part of the filter plate, the filter plate supporting the handle at the end of the pressing plate can be lifted from the beam, and the floating plate can be lifted. Press down the weight plate group and filter plate, it is not easy to press down the filter plate at the end of the thrust plate, and the end of the thrust plate splashes.

In order to solve this problem, a good measure is: the high-pressure diaphragm filter press has more than 80 filter plates, and the thrust plate should adopt a freely rotating structure. For the high-pressure diaphragm filter press with a small number of filter plates, attention should be paid to reducing the number of filter cakes on the low-pressure surface of the filter plate during the unloading process. Once the filter plate assembly is in the generally trapezoidal state, the filter plates and remaining filter cake are cleaned.

In normal use, during the unloading process, please carefully clean the filter cake (especially the lower part) remaining on the pressed surface of the filter plate, or clean the filter plate in time to ensure that the surface of the filter plate is clean; bind the filter cloth to ensure that it is smooth. These issues do not seem to be important. They are caused by common wear and other factors, so usually remember to maintain and solve the problem in time.
