1. Some employees do not comply with the operating procedures of the sludge filter press, and the valve is suddenly opened during the grouting of the sludge filter press, which makes the pressure difference between the front and rear filter plates of the filter press too large;

2. When unloading slag, the slurry inlet hole on the filter frame of the sludge filter press is not checked and cleaned enough. When the slurry hole is blocked by slag, the solution cannot enter, resulting in pressure loss of the filter plate and low pressure;

3. The plate and frame are not matched according to the specified quantity, and the single-sided pressure between the filter plate and the unfiltered filter plate does not adopt the strength of * * * partition, resulting in the gradual rupture of several adjacent filter plates;

4. When replacing the plate frame, the filter frame is reversed, so that the solution cannot pass through the filter chamber of the rear plate frame.

When the filter cloth is placed on the filter chamber of the sludge filter press, the filter cloth should be laid flat on the filter plate, each edge of the filter plate should have filter cloth, and the filter cloth should be firmly fixed on the filter plate. Prevent the filter cloth from pulling back to the filter chamber with excessive accumulation of filter cake in the filter chamber, causing the equipment to lose its filtering effect.

Make sure that there are no cracks or holes in the filter cloth, otherwise a large amount of solids will pass through the filter cloth from the damage, which will seriously affect the separation and filtration efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, when using the filter cloth of the van filter press, try to avoid contact with tough objects to prevent damage due to operation.

Clearly identify the positive and negative sides of the filter cloth. At present, the filter cloth of the sludge filter press used on the equipment generally needs to distinguish the front and back of the filter cloth. Generally speaking, the front weaving of the filter cloth is very smooth, delicate and regular, which can well distinguish the weaving direction of the silk thread. In order to better separate from the filter cake, it is necessary to apply a protective film on the front side of the filter cloth. The back is very different. It is worth mentioning that the front side of the filter cloth must be in contact with the original state of the filtrate, and the self-heating of the filter cloth is the side where a large amount of filtrate contacts.
