2. The filter organization system is composed of filter plate, filter structure, filter cloth and squeezing diaphragm. Both sides of the filter plate are covered by filter cloth. When squeezing diaphragm is required, the filter plate group is composed of diaphragm and back plate.
The bottom plate of the high-pressure diaphragm filter press is covered with plastic diaphragms on both sides, and filter cloths on both sides of the diaphragm. The baffle plate is a filter plate of a general filter press. The raw material enters each filter chamber from the long feed hole on the thrust plate, the solid particles are intercepted in the filter chamber because their particle diameter exceeds the diameter of the filter material (filter cloth), and the leachate is discharged from the drain hole under the filter plate. When the filter cake needs to be squeezed dry, in addition to the diaphragm, air compression or steam can be introduced from the cleaning port to flush the water in the filter cake according to the cyclone to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.
