Excessive filtering working pressure leads to water seepage. The plastic filter plate is easy to deform if the filtering environment temperature is too high. The mixed liquid should have uniform concentration value during feeding. There must be no mixed debris; After unloading the cake, the filter cloth and filter plate must be cleaned and cleaned. It is not agreed that the residue will stick to the protruding surface or the safety outlet of the feeding. Otherwise, the sealing performance of the feeding and the filter plate will be damaged. Then, the working pressure on both sides of the filter plate is unbalanced, resulting in deformation and damage of the filter plate.
The selection of filter cloth in the full-automatic filter press shall be closely combined with the requirements of the filter professional capacity of the filter paddle. The new filter cloth shall shrink before production and processing. The hole diameter shall be smaller than the hole diameter of the filter plate. The hole and the welding bolt shall be relatively concentric when supporting the filter plate. The feeding hole shall be arranged close to the material layer. Otherwise, the filter will be unclear, the filter rate will be low, and the cloth cylinder will crack, and the expected.
In the early stage of diaphragm filter press, the automatic filter press filter is turbid, and the leachate will turn blue when a layer of anaerobic granular sludge is formed on the filter cloth. If the leachate is always turbid or mixed, it may be the damage of the filter cloth or the error between the hole and the welding bolt. At this time, the valve shall be closed or the filter cloth shall be removed and replaced after the final break. Very few water seepage caused by the diffusion of the filter cloth shall be allowed between the filter plates.
